Team Whiskey® and China Peak Ski Resort are teaming up to present The Team Whiskey® High Sierra Archery Shoot — Central Sierra Whiskey Shootout. The event will take place on July 18–19, 2026.

The Team Whiskey® High Sierra Archery Shoot — Central Sierra Whiskey Shootout will include fun for the whole family. A portion of the proceeds from this event, along with all raffle prize donations, will benefit Team Whiskey Endures Cancer Foundation, which helps provide financial support to families when they need it most.

China Peak Ski Resort is located in the central Sierra Nevada Mountains above Huntington Lake in the Sierra National Forest, just east of Fresno, California. The rugged beauty of this part of the Sierra Nevada provides incredible scenery and the perfect terrain for challenging and memorable archery courses.

This year we are setting up THREE COURSES! There will be the FAMILY COURSE with shorter shot distances and easier hiking, perfect for beginners and families, the TEAM COURSE which is less physical and ideal for shooters looking for a more relaxed hike, and the WHISKEY COURSE which is more physically demanding with longer shot distances.

With three courses to choose from, product vendors, a practice archery range, onsite camping, and live music from Moonshine Bandits into the evening, this event is raising the bar for mountain archery shoots.

When you finish your course, head back to the base area to enjoy food, whiskey, beer, vendors, and a live Moonshine Bandits show under the Sierra sky.

Each shooter or group will be able to shoot one of the three courses per day. Your assigned lift time will be emailed to you on the Monday of the week of the event. If you are purchasing tickets for a group, please remember that you will be responsible for sharing all event information with your group members.

The lift will take participants to the top of the mountain where you will choose the course you want to shoot. Each course will wind its way back down the mountain to the base area where the festivities continue.

Every course will feature 25 professionally designed 3D archery targets, creating a fun and challenging experience for archers of all skill levels.

There will also be a Split-the-Pot Shootout for participants only. This will be a 100+ yard shot for $10 per shot, with a maximum of three shots per participant. The shootout will take place Sunday from 2–6 PM.

This is a rain or shine event with NO REFUNDS and NO TRANSFERS.
