1. Go to http://www.bearvalley.com/lodge

2. Click the “BOOK ONLINE” button.

3. In order to get your group rate, you will need to enter the “group code” (listed below) when searching for availability.

There is a deposit required for the first night room and tax. It is refundable if cancelled in 7 or more days from arrival. If you need to cancel, it must be done so via email_ bvlodging@bearvalley.com or calling the lodge, after dialing the number punch in 100#. You will receive your deposit back less a $15 processing fee in 3-5 business days after transacted.
