Grilled Venison Bottom Round Steaks w/ Bacon Garlic Brussel Sprouts by Caleb Pinor Zimmerman, MN

Simple Grilled Venison Bottom Round Steaks

  1. Cut the bottom round roast into the desired thickness for your steak preference.

  2. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Put on a grill and cook to your preferred wellness and down the hatch it goes!

  4. Wash it down with a low ball of whiskey and you're set!

Bacon Garlic Brussel Sprouts - Side

  1. Cut Brussel sprouts in half

  2. Coat in vegetable oil and liberally sprinkled with minced garlic.

  3. Bake in the oven at 350 for 30 minutes covered with tin foil.

  4. Remove from oven and uncover.

  5. Add crumbled bacon and put back in the oven uncovered for another 20 minutes or until Brussels are browned on the edges.

    Goes well with venison steak or pretty much any meat!
