Here are a couple tips I use for the Arizona EZ Fletch jig. First off, I use the 3" 6° right helical arms. You can fletch 2" Blazers or any other 2" or smaller vane with the 3" arms.

Secondly, when applying glue to the vanes and then squeezing the arms shut you tend to get glue everywhere. You can put painters or masking tape on the arms and just peel off every couple vane applications and you wont have a gunky mess.

Or, tip #3, just soak your Arizona EZ Fletch overnight in a glass filled with acetone. It will be good as new the next day. I use a funnel and pour the acetone back into the jug. I hope you find these little tips/tricks useful. Have fun and play around with different vane setups. It is always better to roll your own. ~Kenneth Gullickson McKinney, Texas @kennethgullickson
