Red Meat Marinade
2/3 cup Worcestershire sauce.
1/3 cup soy sauce.
1/3 cup coarse ground black pepper. Yes lots of pepper.
1 dash of cayenne pepper.
1 tsp red pepper flakes.
1/4 cup Italian seasoning.
Tbsp garlic salt.
1/4 cup minced garlic.
2 to 4 tbsp of brown sugar or honey.
Optional fresh rosemary.

Add 1/2 cup to 2/3 cup water.
This is pretty basic but is my go to marinade for all things red meat. Tri tip in particular.
